This role is vital to our company. Because, to the customer, you are the face of Chapman. You answer their questions and concerns and guide them through every step of the buying process. To provide the best service possible, it's vital to keep up with the newest vehicles and latest technologies on the market. Because of this, we have developed an in-house Training team dedicated to your success -- along with in-store and online training programs with our manufacturers.

What You'll Do

  • Create and preserve relationships with clients through outbound sales activities
  • Understand client needs, make product recommendations and organize test drives
  • Be the product expert - know the ins and outs of product offerings and latest technology
  • Perform professional vehicle demonstrations
  • Negotiate deals with clients
  • Log sales activities on the CRM
  • Personally deliver sold vehicles to ensure quality service and generate referrals
  • Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service to clients

Dominique started with Chapman as a service greeter straight out of high school. But it was her willingness to “fill the gaps as needed” that led to her becoming a service advisor, then Internals PDI administrator, Lot Manager, and finally to her current role as the Employee & Community Engagement Director, a position she has enjoyed since 2020.
