BMW Service Availability

BMW ConnectedDrive offers a wide array of innovative services that provide safety and convenience. Service availability is determined by the model of the BMW vehicle and its model year or date of production.

  • In order to receive BMW Assist™ services, an Electronic Subscriber Agreement (ESA) must be completed at your local BMW center and transferred to the BMW Assist Response Center
  • GPS and underlying wireless services must be available and functioning
  • Vehicle ignition must be turned on (except for Door Unlock and Stolen Vehicle Recovery), battery charged and connected and vehicle's electrical system operational
  • Due to wireless carrier coverage, services may be limited in certain geographic areas
