I called and got an appointment scheduled quickly for that same morning. Erick Toledo was assigned as my Service Advisor. He did a very good job of keeping me informed. No fault of Erick, but since my appointment was at 10:45, there were no loaner cars available. Chapman has always provided a car, but I guess they don't have enough loaners now. I was offered a rideshare, but declined the Lyft.
I took my car in for a back window repair. Jeremy was always available to answer my questions or concerns. He went over the review of the car. What was needed or could wait til the next oil change. He cares about his customers. Thank you Jeremy!

The service has always been beyond exceptional with Jeremy. We would go out of our way to bring our cars to you when we lived in Fountain Hills because of Jeremy. In fact we continue to buy cars from you in part because of him.
Just a heads-up. Customers of Chapman s/b made aware of any BMW rebates without having to ask. 1) Most recently I discovered there was a $750. BMW rebate available, but it was after I signed the purchase agreement. The next day I mentioned to my sales person there appeared to be an available rebate. A revised agreement was executed that included the rebate. 2) In 2012 a $1,000 rebate was available but was never offered by the Chapman sales rep. Subsequently, I purchased an identical 2012 - 528i from Penske, but the purchase price included the rebate. The above being said, I have and will continue to recommend Chapman for BMW sales and BMW service. I have purchased BMW cars since my first BMW in 1983. Three of them have been from Chapman and now four with the recent purchase of a new X3.
Kevin Dittler is by far the best service advisor I’ve ever had. He’s knowledgeable, professional, responsive and very helpful. I trust his opinion and know that he has my best interest in mind. The mechanics also do a great job and I have confidence that all repairs will be performed correctly.

Jeff Orenstein has been our one and only sales advisor at Chapman BMW Chandler for about 9 years, and we have purchased and leased many vehicles through him. We have had an exceptional experience with Jeff every time, and he has gone over and beyond to get us the features we want on each of our new vehicles as well as safety features that would be good to have. Jeff also makes sure he explains any new features/technology before leaving the dealership in our new vehicle. The service department has been exceptional as well. Joe Murch is our service advisor who like Jeff goes over and beyond when our vehicles are being serviced. The BMW Encore program at Chapman BMW is so helpful, and Karen has helped us many times learn about the latest features on our new vehicles. She is so knowledgeable and very patient. I bought my 328i at Chapman Chandler 7 years ago. My service person has always been Jeremy. Without fail, he covers everything in detail with me… paperwork, work done, etc. He looks forward to see what is upcoming in the near future, which I really appreciate. Yesterday I came in for an annual oil change and learned it was time to change spark plugs. Jeremy asked me what I wanted to do and I said “let’s change them now”. I always ask for Jeremy when I schedule any service. I feel confident that the techs will do their best work on my car and I recommend Chapman to others. All of the service is always excellent, from the General Sales Manager, the salesmen, the Genius helpers; the Service Advisors (especially Joe Merch); and the Mechanics are very professional and helpful. Steve was the sales person who helped me from the time I placed my deposit for my i4 through the waiting period that, to me, seemed like forever, until delivery. He was extremely helpful and patient with me. If I buy another BMW, I will look for Steve to help me.
BMW has great customer service! Service department is on point. I love the way they send customers a video of the inspection process. You see step-by-step what needs to be fixed. It’s also great to see everything that needs to be fixed via text. Customers can then choose what to fix now and what to fix later. My client service advisor Jeremy Wittig is always a pleasure to work with! Great job.

Jonelle Craig and her team did a superb job diagnosing and fixing an emergency call malfunction problem in my 2022 BMW X5. Scheduling the appointment in the last minute was very easy; the service advisor returned the call promptly after the contact information was entered into the system.
I just completed my scheduled service for my Z4 M4.0 and couldn't be more pleased. Kevin, my service manager took care of everything for me and couldn't be nicer. Kevin has assisted me with other service items in the past and has ALWAYS treated me like I was the most important customer they have and has ALWAYS made sure my concerns were addressed and properly resolved. I can honestly say that Kevin has been the best part of being a Chapman customer.
