Had a terrific new car purchase championed by salesperson Susan Otto. The vehicle I wanted wasn't even in their inventory, and she and staff managed to make a dealer trade in record time. Negotiations went smoothly, and man, you should see the magnificent and enormous showroom !! I've bought a lot of high end cars (over 150) in my time, but have never experienced a showroom as large, clean and well designed as this one. Great lady to buy a car from !!

I hit a curb and did a lot of damage to my 2013 328i bmw, and Fredie my service advisor kept me informed on my car my insurance company sent 3 different adjuster to take pic I know it was a big headache for him he never complained my car was at bmw of chandler fir 5 weeks.

As a new BMW owner, I was apprehensive about visiting the dealership for repair issues. I didn’t know what was wrong however Jacob Marburg, my advisor calmed every fear and walked me through the process. Not only was he professional but he walked me through all the issues found and the importance of the repairs. Not only was I given hard copies of what was discussed, I was also sent a video of the inspection. Jacob was amazing and I am now a proud owner of a perfectly running vehicle! I always have a good experience when I bring my car in for service. I never have to wait a long time, everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable . If I don't have an appointment and I need a question answered, I drive into the service area and I get help imediately.

Originally I mistakenly scheduled at Camelback Chapman. It took approximately 1/2 hour hold time only to be transferred with the party having to call me back. When I realized my error I contacted ChapmanChandler via ph # Ive had since purchase of my BMW. I spoke with Jonelle within 2 minutes, scheduled, and came in the next day. She had warned me it might take 3 hours and I was immensely pleased that it was completed in half that time along with your courtesy check. You have an outstanding service team.
This was my first time at Thai dealership and I feel I would go back again, everyone was friendly and accepting and my particular sales person was great and didn’t try sugar coating anything. Great respect for being honest and truthful instead pushing for the sale.

I went in for service because my service light was for service in March. I missed the March deadline, so I went in April. Because the light went from yellow to red. I need an oil change and air conditioner checked. The oil change and air was done. I noticed later that the red light for service was still on. I went back for service to get the red light taken care of, which needed a filter. The filter was replaced and no more red light. My service representative was great.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks to Jacob (my service advisor) for the excellent customer service. Not only in my BMW service on Friday, March 31st but Jacob went above and beyond and loaded up my BMW with my Lowes purchases. While my car was being repaired, Jacob provided a loaner and off I went to Lowes to purchase garden supplies, salt for my water softener (four 40lb bags), bathroom fixtures, etc. Once I received the call from Jacob that my car was ready there was not time to go home and unload as I was just a mile away from the dealership. While my car was being washed, Jacob unloaded the loaner and loaded up my car with my purchases. I was tired and worn down from a hectic work week and Jacob was wonderful! Our salesman, Metin, was the best. From choosing the car to its actual delivery, he was always available to answer any questions of concerns. All of the departments were helpful with the purchase of out car--financial, service and genius. This is our 8th BMW and our best experience ever.

Brought my car in for a recall fix which took about two hours. During that time, I chose to wait in their very comfortable waiting area. Ladell, my service advisor, kept me informed and explained technical details in a way I could understand. The video the mechanics routinely make shows the exact status of the undercarriage and tires. I feel confident that my vehicle is getting the care that it needs.
Just wanted to take minute and tell you that Mike Reeves has always been the best! No matter which of our BMWs we bring in for Service Mike ensures that we always receive the best of Service and nothing is overlooked. Mike has the greatest Customer Service attitude that can be provided and is truly an asset to Chandler BMW!
