I had a tire alignment done and had paid via credit card only to find out several hours later this transaction did not go through. After several calls, emails, texts (from Chapman BMW) I spent over 35 minutes on the phone waiting to speak with my credit card company. I wanted to find out what happened and was told by my credit card company that the merchant charged me for the transaction then debited the same transaction. I have NO idea how these type of situations are improved.

I’m generally not a fan of having an assigned advisor. I’ve even had bad experiences with this model at Chapman BMW. But, Mike Reeves is an exceptionally good advisor with great customer service.

Was honest and helped figure out my repairs.
My service consultant, Tony, provided exceptional service from the very start to the completion of repairs to my X5. While they were short on loaner cars, he was able to procure an X3, which just fine for my 2 day needs. He kept me appraised regularly on the progress of repairs. When the repairs were nearing done, he let me know so I could make the 22 mile drive there and arrive in time to pick up my car and return home before rush hour traffic got bad. Just excellent service from Tony through the whole process.

We preordered an i5 online on day 1 and just took delivery (roughly 5 month process). Susan, our internet advisor, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She answered every question we had as well as reminding us of things we had not thought of at the right times. We did not run into a single issue. Great experience. Would do it again.

I'd like to start out by saying I have purchased quite a few new vehicles in my life and have had many experiences to compare to this purchase. I've bought all types of brands over the years, in all different categories, and price ranges. Some might say I have a bit of an addiction to that new car encounter, ever advancing innovation, and of course the smell of freshly stitched leather. I may be lying if I disagreed with them. With all that being said, STEVE BURGESS was the maestro of all car associates that I have ever worked with at any type of dealership! Despite the fact that the dealership had a broad assortment of vehicles, Steve literally knew the specifics of every one of them. Down to which vehicles had which features and which ones were not the type I was looking for just by glancing at them. I was impressed to say the least. Steve was very comfortable to be around, terrific personality, and never made me feel like there was any pressure or urgency to make a decision. I have to say that my friend and I had a wonderful Saturday afternoon rendezvous at Chapman BMW with Steve, that ended with the purchase of my phenomenal and breathtaking new BMW X5. He greeted me immediately and confirmed why I was there. He explained the process. He covered everything in detail. I sat and when he came to explain what additional service I might need, he was beyond thorough in explaining the exact nature of the repair. He was also considerate of my decision but gave me advice on next steps and resolutions IF something happened prior to bringing it back. Ladell was great, took good care of our X4. Service was done quickly and professionally and I really appreciated the video from the technician.
We traveled an extra 100 miles to Chandler in order to receive Professional Service as evidenced by receiving expedited delivery, honest advice, and a "complicated" lease termination on our MB from the Chapman Store in Tucson. Our advisor David Preuss made this process seamless.
I was panicking when my car needed emergency service at 20,000 miles, but Fredi was communicative, professional, and had my car returned promptly. Thankfully it was only a loose cable. When taking my car in for service, BMW Chandler had to keep it overnight and offered me a loaner for the night. When looking at the loaner for damage as is usual with my service advisor, Jeremy, the car was really beautiful, especially the interior. Now, I didn't need a new car and wasn't even thinking in those terms. But i asked Jeremy what if I want to buy this. He said he could hook me up with sales. I am a very experienced BMW driver and have had a Z3 (first BMW), 3 series convertible, X5, 5 series, another 3 series, 228, 228 convertible and X3. So not my first rodeo. I completed the app on-line. I was working in meetings so David worked with Jeremy to get the info. I was able to scan info to David for closing. F&I (JJ) had everything ready when i walked in the door. The car I wanted was a loaner so lots of extra work to make it happen, but all of the team was so nice. Service, Sales, F&I, and Steve, the GM- omg. They all were able to get me the car I really wanted! If you are even thinking about buying a car, the team above is the one to contact.

Without exception, he makes sure that my concerns are addressed and that I understand the work that needs to be done. Jeremy also lets me know if another service is coming due, which I also appreciate. I look forward to seeing him every time I come to Chapman. Karl Muik was my sales advisor in 2015. He was so helpful in explaining the options on my Luxury Edition. Karl made my 1st BMW sales experience memorable and fun. He advised me that day to condition my leather every month to keep it looking new in the AZ heat. I have followed thru on his advice and my 10-year old seats look brand new. Karl stops to say hi when I am waiting for my car and I really appreciate that. I look forward to visiting with him. I have told people in the Phoenix area about the great service at Chandler BMW.
